Short answer: Choose the flag size and printing option, match the base to your site, prepare artwork using the correct template and confirm the required arrival date. Check the complete specification before paying so the graphic, pole and base match your intended display.

1. Measure the display space

Think about where people will first see the flag and whether they will approach on foot or from further away. Measure overhead clearance and allow room around the base and moving fabric. A taller display needs a suitable location and compatible support.

The current range lists 2.8m small, 3.4m medium, 4.5m large and 5.6m XL feather flags. Use the product specifications to check the actual setup and printed area.

2. Select the printing option

Single-sided printing shows a mirrored design on the reverse. Where available, double-sided printing lets the message read correctly from both sides. Select the option before designing the artwork, and do not assume every size has identical choices.

3. Choose compatible support

A ground spike needs suitable soft ground. For a hard surface, look at compatible freestanding or other appropriate bases and their ballast requirements. Check the pole connection and permitted flag size. Compare bases and accessories.

4. Confirm what you are buying

Read the included items on the selected product. A kit, replacement graphic and pole-only product are different purchases. If you already own hardware, identify its system and dimensions before choosing a replacement flag.

5. Prepare and check the design

Download the matching template from the product description. Keep the main message short, place important content inside the safe area and check fonts, images, spelling and colour references. Read our artwork preparation guide for the file checks to make before upload.

6. Separate production from delivery

A next-day production option is not automatically next-day arrival. Confirm artwork readiness, the selected production service and delivery to your address. For an event deadline, contact the team before ordering with the date you need the flag in hand.

Your final order checklist

  • Correct product, size and printing option.
  • Compatible base for the surface and conditions.
  • Correct template and complete artwork.
  • Included items checked against what you already own.
  • Delivery address and required arrival date confirmed.
