Roller Banner Size and Artwork Guide
Choose a printed roller banner for reception areas, exhibitions, promotions or events. Compare budget, everyday, premium, double-sided and outdoor options, checking the individual size, print area and intended use before ordering.
Plan the specification before ordering
Use this checklist to prepare the details for your order. It is designed to help you choose and specify the product; follow the instructions supplied with your selected system for assembly, operation and care.
1. Choose the viewing position
Decide whether people will see the banner from an aisle, a doorway or a seated position. Note any furniture that could cover the lower part. Arrange the content so essential information remains visible in that position.
2. Select the appropriate system
Compare the available formats and their stated use. Consider transport, repeated setup and whether both sides need to carry a message. Read the selected product’s dimensions and operating guidance before making the comparison.
3. Build the artwork on its template
Keep the logo and headline in the visible area. Check the bottom allowance and avoid placing essential information close to edges. View the design at its proportions and simplify any text that is too small.
4. Inspect before the event
Follow the supplied instructions when extending and retracting the banner. Check the print and supporting components before leaving for the venue. Keep the model and order reference for any future replacement enquiry.
Questions to resolve before you order
Are all roller banner graphics the same size?
No. Check the template for the exact product and size, including any artwork allowance that sits inside the cassette.
Can I replace just the printed graphic?
Ask about the selected hardware before ordering a replacement. Reusability and replacement fitting depend on the system.
