Outdoor banners: start with the support, then choose the print

The banner formats in this collection have different jobs. A Heras fence graphic fits a temporary fencing panel, while a forecourt flag attaches to a compatible pole system. Choosing the right support and finishing is more important than selecting a product by its general banner name.

Heras fencing banners for boundaries and events

Heras fence banners turn an existing fence line into printed branding space. Check the panel dimensions, intended fixing method and site requirements before preparing artwork. The product supplies the printed cover rather than the metal fence. Review its listed finishing and supplied fixings against the way the fence is installed.

For a long boundary, decide whether each panel repeats the same message or forms part of a sequence. A repeated design remains understandable when a panel is moved or partly hidden. A continuous design needs clear file labels, quantities and installation order.

Forecourt prints for a pole display

The forecourt flag has finishing options involving eyelets, loops and a pole pocket, plus flag-only and pole-and-base choices. Confirm the actual system before selecting a finish. A fence banner is not a replacement flag for that pole, even when the overall printed area seems similar.

Artwork for viewing at a distance

Use a clear logo and a concise message with enough contrast to read from the approach. Keep important details away from fixing areas and seams. For photographs, check resolution at the intended print size. Supply the original files and explain the viewing position so our free artwork service can prepare an appropriate layout.

Check the installation and deadline

Adding a graphic to a fence or pole affects the installation, so follow the product instructions and the site operator's securing and weather requirements. Ask us to confirm the specification if the dimensions or support are uncertain. For urgent orders, confirm artwork approval, production capacity and courier timing separately.

This range should be specified from its actual products; do not assume it includes every custom-sized PVC or vinyl banner format. For smaller crowd-control frames, see crowd barrier covers. Send your support measurements and artwork brief for help choosing the right print.
