Sail flags: specify the complete display system
A sail flag purchase involves the printed graphic and the hardware that gives it its display shape. This range includes the 4m Wind Dancer flag. Start with that product's current specification and included components, especially if you are matching existing equipment or ordering several displays for one site.
Check the usable space and pole system
Measure the intended position, including height clearance and the room needed around the base. Think about the direction visitors approach and anything that could obscure the graphic. The system name and overall display height are not a print template: use the exact graphic dimensions and finishing requirements for the selected hardware.
Design for a large, moving graphic
Keep the main message short and the logo clear. A sail flag is often viewed at a distance, so small contact details may add clutter without helping the viewer. Keep important elements away from fixing areas and edges. Supply the original logo file where possible and confirm the printed faces required before approving the artwork.
Base, setup and repeat use
Review the supplied base and securing requirements for the current model. Do not assume that hardware from a feather or teardrop flag is interchangeable. Follow the assembly and weather guidance and plan who will take the display down when conditions are unsuitable. For a new graphic on an existing system, send the model, measurements and photographs before ordering.
Choosing between flag formats
If the pitch needs a different outline or a smaller display, compare feather flags, teardrop flags and crest flags. Each family has its own templates and hardware choices.
Send your artwork brief and display requirements for help choosing a system. Include the quantity and arrival date so current availability, artwork approval and delivery can be checked together.
