Crowd barrier covers: measure the frame before designing the print

A printed barrier jacket adds branding to an existing crowd-control barrier. It can carry event information, sponsor logos or a repeated campaign design. The cover is not the barrier itself: the printed crowd barrier jacket is supplied as a fabric cover, with the metal barrier excluded.

Choose a size that matches the actual barrier

The product lists widths of 2150mm, 2250mm and 2350mm, each with a 910mm height. Check the relevant frame measurements and any handles, feet or fixing points that affect the fit. A barrier described only as a standard crowd-control unit may not have the same dimensions as one used at a previous event.

Single-sided or double-sided branding?

Choose the printed sides according to who sees the barrier. A boundary viewed only from the public approach may have different requirements from a queue or route viewed from both sides. Identify which artwork belongs on each face and confirm how it will sit when fitted.

Design a sequence across several barriers

For repeated sponsor branding, make each cover understandable on its own. If a design forms a sequence, label every artwork file and state the quantity and placement order. Leave key wording clear of edges and fixing areas. Think about gaps between barriers and changes to the layout that might break up a continuous message.

Material and installation planning

The product describes a mesh fabric cover. Follow the fitting instructions and venue requirements; adding printed fabric can affect how an installed barrier behaves, so the cover should be included in the organiser's setup planning. Do not treat printed jackets as structural barriers or a substitute for the correct barrier system.

Ordering and reuse

Send dimensions, photographs, print sides, quantity and artwork for a specification check. Current options include standard, Express and Super Express production, with artwork approval and delivery considered separately. Follow the supplied fabric-care instructions and retain the final artwork and measurements for repeat orders.

For larger temporary fencing, compare Heras fencing banners. Ask for a quote with your barrier measurements and event deadline.
