Custom tablecloths: how to get the size and branding right
A branded tablecloth turns a trade stand, registration desk or promotional table into part of the display. Start with the table itself: its width, depth, height and position determine which printed panels visitors will see.
Measure the actual table, not just its advertised size
Record the tabletop width, depth and height from the top to the floor, then choose the drop on each side. Venue furniture varies, so send measurements and a photograph when the shape or layout is unusual.
For a rectangular drape, estimate one dimension as tabletop width plus both side drops, and the other as tabletop depth plus front and rear drops. This is only a measuring aid: confirm the finished size and artwork template before ordering.
Think about seating and access behind the table
Consider the rear drop, legroom and access to stored items. Do not assume a fitted, stretch or open-back style is supplied automatically; confirm the configuration of the printed tablecloth product.
Position the logo where customers will see it
Keep the main logo clear of folds, corners, chairs and equipment. Use side panels when visitors approach from several directions, and avoid placing the only important message on a tabletop that products may cover.

Plan a consistent exhibition display
Choose complementary graphics for a table cover and roller banner rather than repeating the same dense design at every size. The banner can explain the headline offer while the table identifies the brand. A printed exhibition wall can provide the larger background, with space for people and products in front.
Care, repeat use and reordering
Follow the care instructions supplied for the printed fabric, and store the cover clean and dry. For repeat orders, send the previous order reference and confirm that the table dimensions have not changed.
