Personalised deck chairs: combine event seating with branding
A printed chair has two roles: it provides seating and becomes part of the appearance of your event space. Plan for both. The right choice depends on the area, intended use, transport and the position of the printed fabric. A logo should still make sense when the chair is assembled, rather than only looking good on a flat artwork file.
Deck chair or director’s chair?
The branded deck chair and director’s chair have different frame shapes and graphic proportions. The director’s chair lists a folding design with dimensions of 87cm high, 54cm wide and 54cm deep, weighing 4.5kg. Check each product's current specification and operating guidance for the intended users and setting.
Plan the print for the chair shape
Use the exact template for the selected model. Keep logos and essential text clear of folds and frame edges. Consider which panel is visible when someone is sitting in the chair and whether the back will face an aisle or photography area. One design file will not automatically fit both chair formats.
Coordinate several chairs without clutter
A simple repeated brand mark can create a consistent seating area. If different chairs carry different sponsors or team names, provide a clear file and quantity list. Check small lettering and colour contrast before approving the proof. Our free artwork service can help arrange supplied branding for the printed area.
Transport, care and repeat orders
Plan storage and transport space for the number of chairs, and follow the supplied assembly, use and care instructions. Keep them clean and dry between suitable uses. For a repeat order, confirm the model and print template rather than assuming a new chair will match old equipment exactly.
Current production choices differ by chair, so check the selected product and confirm delivery for your event date. Coordinate the seating with a branded gazebo or outdoor event display. Send your chair choice, quantity and artwork for a quote.
