Which feather flag should I choose?
Compare the space available, viewing distance and ground surface. Our current feather flag range includes 2.8m, 3.4m, 4.5m and 5.6m options. Compare the range and check sizes and templates.
What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided printing?
A single-sided flag shows the design in reverse on its back. Where offered, double-sided printing allows a correctly oriented message on each side. Check the selected product's available options; choosing double-sided printing does not by itself establish a longer lifespan.
Which base is suitable?
Match the base to the surface, flag size and pole system. A ground spike requires suitable soft ground; hard surfaces need compatible support and any required ballast. View flag bases and follow the setup instructions for your hardware.
How long will my flag last?
Lifespan varies with exposure, conditions, handling and maintenance. There is no fixed lifespan for every installation. Inspect the fabric, pole and base regularly and follow the care guidance supplied with your particular product.
How should I look after a feather flag?
Keep it clear of walls, fences and other surfaces that could rub or snag the fabric. Take the display down in strong winds or unsuitable conditions and follow the limits for your complete setup. Follow the product's cleaning instructions, and let fabric dry fully before packing it away.
Can I reuse my pole with a new graphic?
Only with a compatible replacement. Confirm the pole range, flag size, shape and sleeve before ordering. Browse replacement flag graphics.
What fabric and hardware will I receive?
Read the specification and included items on the exact product you are ordering. Kits, replacement graphics and hardware-only items contain different components; specifications can also vary across flag ranges.
When will my order arrive?
Production options and delivery are separate. Check your product's production selection and the delivery options for your address. If you have a deadline, confirm the arrival date with our team before ordering. Read delivery information.
How do I prepare and upload artwork?
Download the matching product template, follow its safe areas and file instructions, then use the available artwork upload facility. Read the artwork guide before submitting your design.
Can you help with design or colour matching?
Contact us with your logo, brief and colour references to discuss assistance, any charges and proofing arrangements. A screen preview is not an exact prediction of colour on printed fabric.
How do I place and pay for an order?
