Buying a branded gazebo: from pitch size to printed panels
A custom gazebo gives your event team a recognisable space for meeting visitors, displaying products and presenting your brand. The canopy identifies your stand from further away; the walls explain the offer when people get closer. Plan those jobs together with the physical layout so that the finished gazebo is practical as well as clearly branded.

Check the actual pitch allocation with the organiser. Include the space needed for securing the structure, neighbouring stands, customer access and your furniture. Doubling the nominal covered area does not mean you can fill it entirely with stock: leave room for staff and visitors to move.
Decide which walls your layout needs
The 3×3m product offers no walls or one, two or three printed walls. The 6×3m options include no walls, one printed back wall or three full printed walls. An open layout supports access from several directions. A back wall provides a strong visual background behind a serving table. Side walls create more branding space but change how people enter and move around the stand.
Identify each panel on the artwork brief. A canopy logo, back-wall message and side-wall promotion have different proportions and viewing distances. Tell us which faces need to be seen so the specification and proof can be checked together.
Weights, anchoring and what is included
Both gazebo products list a carry bag, pegs and guy ropes, with selectable options for four concrete weights. Read the chosen configuration before ordering. The correct securing arrangement depends on the surface, site and venue requirements; selecting an optional weight package does not replace following the supplied setup instructions.
Confirm whether pegging is permitted and keep securing points clear of visitor routes. Take down the gazebo in unsuitable conditions in line with the product guidance. If the organiser requires documentation, ask us to check the exact product specification before committing to the event.
Design your canopy and walls as one display
Use a simple canopy message that can be recognised above the crowd. Reserve longer explanations, photographs and contact details for the visible walls. Consider where tables, products and people will obscure the print. Our free artwork service can arrange your logo, wording, colours and images into panel layouts for approval.
Supply original logo files where possible and label every artwork version. For a sponsor-heavy event, identify the order of importance and the required sizes of the sponsor marks. Check the proof panel by panel, including orientation and the position of every logo.
Can a custom gazebo be produced in two days?
The 3×3m product lists standard 5-working-day and 2-day production options. Production begins after artwork approval and courier delivery is additional. Confirm capacity and the required arrival date before ordering. The 6×3m product needs its own timing confirmation; the 3×3m express option should not be assumed to apply to it.
