Outdoor event displays: plan the pitch as a complete space
A useful outdoor display has clear branding and enough room for people to use the space. Start with the organiser's pitch plan rather than buying items individually and trying to fit them together afterwards. Consider the entrance, display or serving area, seating, storage and the securing requirements of the structure.
Choose the main branded structure
Compare 3×3m and 6×3m printed gazebos for different nominal footprints. Wall choices affect visibility and access, while weights and anchoring need to suit the site and product guidance. Confirm the complete usable area with the organiser, including space around the structure.
Add seating where it serves the event
Printed deck chairs and director’s chairs can form a branded seating area. Leave access around them and consider the intended users, supervision and transport. Use the model's own artwork template so the logo is placed on a visible panel.
Use bunting to coordinate the space
The custom printed bunting product lists 18 pennants per 10m length. Measure the proposed run and confirm the fixing method with the site operator. Plan the design for each pennant and state whether the sequence repeats one logo or uses several artworks. Keep installations clear of visitor routes.
Give each printed surface a role
The gazebo canopy can identify the stand from further away, a wall can explain the offer, and chairs or bunting can reinforce the brand. Do not shrink one complicated poster onto every surface. Provide the logo, brand colours and individual messages so the artwork can be adapted to each template.
Coordinate production and event setup
Different products can have different production options. Confirm artwork approval dates and delivery timing for the complete order, and leave time for checking the items before travelling. Follow the setup and weather guidance supplied with each product and the organiser's requirements.
Further options include pop out banners and feather flags. Send your pitch plan, products and event date for a coordinated quote.
