1. Identify what you already own

Find the original order reference, pole or frame model and graphic dimensions. Photograph the attachment points if necessary. This information is more useful than an approximate height when checking a replacement.

2. Check the condition of the hardware

Inspect the existing system using its supplied guidance before ordering new graphics. If any parts need replacing, include them in the enquiry. A fresh print will not resolve an incompatible or damaged support.

3. Confirm the artwork version

Compare the old design with the correct template for the proposed replacement. Clearly mark changes to logos, wording or contact details. Ask the team to confirm the final shape and finishing before production.

4. Retain the matched specification

Save the replacement order together with the hardware details. When ordering further graphics, refer to that matched specification and explain any changes to size, finishing or intended display location.

Will a replacement flag fit any pole of the same height?

Not necessarily. Provide the pole model or order reference, graphic shape and attachment details so compatibility can be checked.

Does a replacement print include new hardware?
