Outdoor Event Display Planning Guide
Bring together printed gazebos, branded seating and bunting for your outdoor event space. Plan the footprint, artwork and setup requirements of each item so the finished area works for staff, visitors and your venue.
Plan the specification before ordering
Use this checklist to prepare the details for your order. It is designed to help you choose and specify the product; follow the instructions supplied with your selected system for assembly, operation and care.
1. Sketch the event area
Mark entrances, visitor routes, seating and any covered display space. Include room for the assembled products and required securing arrangements. Compare the complete layout with the pitch or area provided by the organiser.
2. Specify each item separately
List the gazebo configuration, chair type, bunting requirements and any other products. Check included components rather than assuming that photographs show exactly what comes with the selected option.
3. Coordinate the visible branding
Adapt the artwork to roof panels, walls, chair fabrics and smaller prints individually. Check how furniture and people affect visibility. Label every file by its product and position.
4. Arrange transport and setup
Follow the instructions supplied with each system and allow time to inspect the order before the event. Check packing space and who will assemble the equipment. Store prints dry and keep specifications for future use.
