Confirm whether the print will attach to fencing or to a compatible flag system. Measure the actual hardware and record the required attachment points. A product name alone does not confirm the finished fit.
2. Plan the visible message
Consider the viewing distance and whether the print will be interrupted by posts, fixings or nearby objects. Use a clear headline and place essential branding where it remains visible when the display is installed.
3. Confirm finishing and artwork
Check the chosen template and ask about the finishing required for the support. Supply separate labelled artwork for each version. Do not scale a file from a different product without checking its proportions and safe areas.
4. Check the installation guidance
Follow the instructions for the print and supporting system, including any restrictions on outdoor use. Keep the finished specification for reorders and recheck measurements when the support or location changes.
