Use this checklist to prepare the details for your order. It is designed to help you choose and specify the product; follow the instructions supplied with your selected system for assembly, operation and care.

1. Measure the display location

Measure overhead clearance and the space around the intended position. Include room for the flag to move and for visitors to pass. Record whether the display will be used at one permanent location or moved between venues.

2. Confirm the viewing direction

Decide where people will approach from and whether lettering needs to read normally from both sides. Compare the selected product’s single-sided and double-sided options before preparing your design. A layout that works on a flat screen may be too detailed at a distance.

3. Match the graphic and hardware

Order the flag shape, pole and base as a compatible setup. When replacing a graphic, provide the original order reference or pole details. Size labels alone are not enough to establish that parts from different ranges will fit.

4. Check the assembled display

When your order arrives, inspect the components and follow the supplied setup instructions before the event. Keep a record of the product and artwork for reorders. Ask the team for care and weather guidance for the selected system.

Do I need a different base for each location?

The surface and flag specification determine the appropriate base. Tell the team whether the display will stand on grass, paving, indoors or on a forecourt before choosing hardware.
