Plan the specification before ordering
Use this checklist to prepare the details for your order. It is designed to help you choose and specify the product; follow the instructions supplied with your selected system for assembly, operation and care.
1. Create the garment schedule
List each garment style and colour, followed by the quantity in every size. Check the total against the number of people being supplied. Use the product’s size information and resolve uncertain sizes before ordering.
2. Specify logo placement
Explain whether the logo is required on the chest, sleeve or another available position. Provide the intended size or ask for advice. If staff or teams need different versions, label them consistently across the order list and files.
3. Check embroidery suitability
Send a clear source file and identify the important colours and lettering. Ask the team whether details need simplifying and whether any setup or sampling is required. Approve the agreed version before the order enters production.
4. Keep a repeat-order record
Save the final garment specification and embroidery details. For new staff or future events, confirm the same garment remains available and highlight any changes. This helps maintain consistency across orders placed at different times.
