WHAT FLAG DESIGN IS MOST SUITABLE FOR ME?
We provide many different flag and banner designs of a range of sizes and choosing the design which is best for you depends on the purpose of the flag. We have provided a Specification Sheet (which can be downloaded as a PDF file) on products descriptions which provide you with specific information relating to the size and weigh of our flags. DO I WANT SINGLE OR DOUBLE-SIDED PRINT?
A single-sided printed flag has the design printed on just the one side. This allows the flag to move more freely in the wind, making the design eye-catching. Although, this type of print will also show through to the other side of your flag in a mirrored image.
A double-sided printed flag has a design which features on both sides of the flag. They are composed of three flags sewn together, making the overall flag much heavier and sturdier (therefore making them longer lasting).
WHICH BASE IS MOST SUITABLE FOR MY FLAG?
The type of base you require to anchor your base is dependent upon the ground you wish to place it on. For instance, if you are displayed your flag on soft ground it is best to use a ground spike to anchor your flag to, whereas if you are placing the flag on hard ground it is best to use a water base. If you plan to display the flag indoors then a cross-base stand is the most suitable option.
HOW LONG WILL MY FEATHER FLAG LAST FOR?
The life of a feather flag depends on variety of different factors, such as: weather conditions, material used, length of time outside and how well the flag is looked after. That being said we cannot give the exact amount of time a flag will last. Take a look at our "Taking Care Of Your Feather Flag" sheet (found alongside your flag) for advice on how to look after and prolong the life of your flag.
HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY FLAG?
To ensure you get the longest available life from your flag is vital that you take care to look after it as best as you can. Here is a brief explanation of how you can take appropriate care of your flag.

We advice that if flags are intended for use outdoors then they are taken indoors or taken down during periods of high winds speeds (i.e. exceeding 25mph). If flags are left up in high wind speeds this could result in tears and rips in the fabric.

Avoid any added weight such as snow or heavy rain.

Be cautious and careful when choosing a location to place your flag. For instance, you should avoid placing them where they may flap against solid surfaces such as walls or fences, on which they may get caught on and cause tearing or wear.

Regularly wash your flag to remove any dirt and debris collected which could cause discolouration of the fabric and to ensure they are kept in a good condition. Our flags can be dry-cleaned or machine-washed at 30 degrees.

Ensure that your flags are completely dry before folding or putting away – we feel it is best to fit your flag back to its pole to remove any creases.
WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE FLAGS PRODUCED WITH?
Our flags are produced using 110gsm (grams per squared metre) 100% polyester.
DELIVERY
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME ON FLAGS?
We aim to deliver our flags within 2-3 working days of artwork approval. Delivery is first class signed for via courier.
Delivery is usually charged at £15 per order, although we do offer free delivery on any orders over £500.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME ON FEATHER FLAGS?
We will check and process your order as soon as we possibly can. Artwork can take up to 4 days to be checked, approved & completed. If artwork is ready to print (in some cases) we can do a same day printing service, therefore the delivery time could be within 4 working days from order being placed. If you have a specific deadline or an urgent order it is advisable to call and discuss your order and requirements with a member of our sales team who will try their upmost to accomodate for this.
ARTWORK
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY ARTWORK?
There is an upload button on the order page were you can upload your artwork. We provide templates for many of our products so that designers can create artwork to the precise measurement specifications and proportions. If you require any assistance with this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can offer guidance.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE ARTWORK?
Yes, of course we can! We have a dedicated in-house design team who can help transform your ideas into great artwork, using the latest design software. Through good communication, we ensure that the deign fits your brief and our highly-skilled team are willing to make any amendments to designs to ensure they are te very best! We ask for you to provide us with hi-resolution images and logos to enable us to create the best quality design and print.
HOW CAN I GET EXACT COLOUR MATCHING?
We can achieve an exact colour match if you are able to provide us with a pantone reference. Pantones are a colour system which consists of a large number of different colours – over 1200. You may supply your colours within your artwork or by informing us of the pantone reference numbers.

DO I NEED TO ORDER MY PRODUCTS ONLINE?
No. If you would prefer to make your order via the phone then you can call our sales team on 01246 811 676 and they are more than happy to deal with your request. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.
HOW CAN PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payments can be processed via our online order system or payment can be taken via telephone. We accept card payments from: visa, mastercard, solo, switch and delta. We also accept payment via cheques, however the cheque must be cleared before your order can be processed. Your order will not be released for delivery until payment has been processed.
